So, you’ve found the car of your dreams—fantastic! Making an inquiry through Just JDM Cars is simple, and you don’t even need an account (though we highly recommend creating one).

Once you’ve found the vehicle you’re interested in, look to the right of the vehicle image. You’ll see an inquiry section.

Just fill in your Name, Email, Phone Number, and Message fields, then check the “I’m not a robot” box (unless you actually are a robot), and click “Send Message.” The seller will receive your details via email and can contact you directly.

If you’re already logged in, sending an inquiry is even easier! Just type your message, check “I’m not a robot,” click “Send Message,” and you’re good to go.

You can track your messages by visiting your Dashboard and clicking on “Messages.” Here, you can also reply if the seller responds to your inquiry.

Prefer direct contact? Click on the “Show Number” button to reveal the seller’s phone number, allowing you to connect faster and secure your vehicle sooner.

What if the vehicle has already been sold?

Sellers on our site are responsible for marking their vehicles as sold. However, sometimes a sold vehicle may still be listed. If you come across one, we recommend reporting it as sold.

To do this, click on the “Report This Ad” link above the vehicle image and select ‘Sold.’ This will notify our team to verify and remove the listing.

If you suspect a listing might be a scam, we encourage you to read our Scam Defence Guide first. While we manually review ads to prevent scammers, some may still slip through.

If you’re sure a listing is fraudulent, click the ‘Report’ link above the vehicle image and select ‘Scam.’ This will alert our team to investigate.
