Business Development Manager

 

The Role:

As a Business Development Manager at Just JDM Cars, you will be responsible for selling advertising solutions that help businesses connect with our Buyers and Dreamers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a sales pipeline from both existing warm clients and new prospects.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with automotive dealers of all sizes, including independent yards, franchise dealers, and businesses specializing in Parts, Service, and Accessories.
  • Presenting tailored advertising strategies to clients in a professional manner.
  • Negotiating and securing advertising agreements.
  • Traveling as required to attend client meetings.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives and the Admin Team to manage leads and ensure seamless client handovers.
  • Following structured sales processes while keeping CRM systems (Salesforce) updated.
  • Effectively planning your week to meet sales and operational goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an outbound sales role, preferably with telephone sales expertise.
  • Strong ability to quickly establish relationships with new clients.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a clear understanding of personal and professional goals.
  • A positive, results-driven attitude with a determination to succeed.
  • A strong team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Salary & Earnings:

  • Base Salary: $70,000+
  • On-Target Earnings: $110,000
  • High performers can earn: $150,000+
